Meet the team

Travis, Office MANAGER

“I have been an office manager in other businesses but nothing compares to making people comfortable and turning anxiety into calm. There’s no chaos or drama in our office - everything is so efficient. The whole staff loves working here because we are a team. I believe that special feeling affects patients and they are glad they chose us.”

Kat, Dental Hygienist

“I numb patients before Dr. Simcock starts the root canal. This is a careful process that gently reassures the patient through calming techniques, breathing exercises and simply talking. By the time the injections start, the patient is relaxed. It is very satisfying work. I think of every interaction as a chance to make that patient’s day better.”

Snejhana, Dental Assistant

“It concerned me how stressed people get over getting a root canals. By entering this field, I saw a chance to make a difference - being part of our great team that is passionate about the patient experience most of all. Making other people’s lives easier is what’s most important to me.”

Reah, Dental assistant

“Growing up in a community in the Philippines that had limited resources, dental care wasn’t a priority. When I moved to the states, I received quality, compassionate care which greatly influenced my life and inspired me to eventually become a dental assistant. My passion to help others comes from my personal experience and I continue to strive to create an environment for our patient’s that is warm and welcoming.”

Ashton, dental assistant

Ashton is a  dental assistant who has loved working in Endodontics the last seven years and loves now working with Dr. Simcock because she says “his practice runs like a well-oiled machine. Often, people come in for their root canal with their teeth clenched and arms folded and leave relaxed with a smile on their faces. Making someone’s life better is everything.”   Ashton studied at the Dental Assistant School in Reno, NV and has made her home in Washington State with her fiancé and his two sons. “I feel like part of the North Sound family. It’s an absolute pleasure working with such a kind, talented team that always finds time for fun.”

This was my first root canal appointment and the staff was just amazing!! They were so very reassuring, and talked you through everything they did, which helps a lot to be in the know. I don't think I could've asked for a better experience than here. They really do treat you well! 100% recommend to anyone!

I was advised before the tooth condition may produce some discomfort or pain. Some was experienced, but the dentist and his assistants were very attentive to the potential I was faced with. Afterwards no pain continued, and he recommended a follow-up to repair under the crown involved. They're work is well worthwhile the time and effort to enjoy painless results.

Couldn’t ask for a better Experience. Staff was friendly and efficient. Dr Simcock was able to diagnose and treat the pain I was battling for almost a year. Never felt even the tiniest bit of pain during my root canal. I absolutely recommend this office.
